Farmer's Market Cooking Challenge-Charcuterie Boards (July 13th; 9:00-11:30)
Get ready for a culinary adventure that celebrates art & food. In this exciting "Chopped"-style cooking challenge, kids will unleash their inner chefs to shop for & craft the most delicious, beautiful, and healthy charcuterie boards of all. Armed with an array of ingredients and a dash of imagination, participants will learn about nutrition, flavor pairings, and presentation. Each team will be judged on the taste & aesthetics of their creation, pushing them to think outside the box. This one is going to be fun!
Ages: 10-12
When: 9:00-11:30, July 13th
Drop Off: Boise Farmer’s Market (By the bike racks near the Shoreline Drive entrance)
Pick Up: Ann Morrison Park (Parking lot next to the playground)
Extra Deets: Lunch included. Parents are invited to join us to eat at 1:30.
